Richard Holeton is author of the hypertext novel Figurski at Findhorn on Acid (Eastgate Systems, 2001), other electronic and new media fiction, award-winning short stories, and textbooks. His stories and e-lit have appeared in such venues as Indiana Review, Mississippi Review, ZYZZYVA, Kairos, Counterpath Press, and The Electronic Literature Collection, Vol. 1. Holeton is a 2012 National Endowment for the Arts fellow and past fellow of the California Arts Council. He taught at Stanford University for 12 years and currently serves as Director of Academic Computing Services, Stanford Libraries.
